Kevin Grant is the Principal and founder of Ericsson-Grant, Inc., (EGI). Mr. Grant earned a BS in Natural Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego.
Mr. Grant oversees the Company’s environmental services throughout California. He has over 20+ years experience preparing and managing environmental reviews for complex projects under CEQA and NEPA.
Ann Ericsson

Ann Ericsson was appointed as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Ericsson-Grant in August 2010. She is the first Chief Financial Officer and partner of the company.
As CFO, Ms. Ericsson is controller of the Board of Trustees and has management oversight and responsibility for all financial functions and oversees all revenues, costs, capital expenditures, investments and debt. Ms. Ericsson also serves as the treasurer of EGI.
Melanie J. Halajian, AICP
Senior Environmental Planner/Project Manager

Melanie Halajian is a Senior Planner and Project Manager with EGI. Ms. Halajian holds a Master of City and Regional Planning and Master of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Ms. Halajian is responsible for all aspects of project management and works collaboratively with clients. She has worked on a variety of CEQA and NEPA projects throughout California.
