EGI prepared a Phase I Environmental Assessment for the Calendula Court 32-Unit Affordable Housing Development located at 928 and 934 South Webster Avenue in Anaheim California. Duties included:
- Preparing a document in accordance ASTM E1527-05 – Standard Practice for Environmental Assessments.
- Co-ordination with appropriate regulatory agencies to document historical and present conditions.
- Performing a site reconnaissance and interviews.
